As we first mentioned, your home is one, if not, the most beautiful, comfortable, and elegant of all the B&B's we have stayed in. We have for a long time has a 'love affair' with the Victorian Age, and after our experience with your accommodations we want to own a Victorian home. Thank you for your help on what to do and see in your area, there was so much to keep us busy, it was so beautiful there. Also, thank you for the wonderful gourmet breakfasts; for the 'tour,' and for your attention to even the smallest detail. We look forward to seeing you in the near future."

"Beautiful Victorian decor, with appealing collections in the ample common areas. An inviting spot in the chilly weather is the cozy den; on warm days, guests relax on the back porch or front veranda. The attractive upstairs guest rooms are uncluttered, with good lighting, ample storage space, and exceptionally beautiful woodwork throughout. Immaculate housekeeping. Delicious breakfast of bananas baked with lemon, brown sugar, and coconut; orange juice, much-to-tempting pecans scones, and blueberry sourdough waffles. Carl and Cathy have done an extraordinary job of restoration. The delicate Amethyst Turret guest room has a massive cannonball four-poster bed, with an in-room bath separated by lined lace curtains."
